e-Visa is a new visa facilitative measure introduced by ICA that allows the local contact or
trusted partner to print the approved visa electronically without making a trip to the ICA building to collect
the physical visa sticker.

Nationals from the countries listed
here
are eligible for e-Visa. The eligible applicants must have a local contact who is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent
Resident or representative of a Singapore-registered corporation. The local contact will need to
have a valid Singpass account to submit the visa application online via Submission of Application
for Visa Electronically (SAVE).

Who are ICA's trusted partners? |

They are institutions such as healthcare service providers, travel agencies,
Singpost etc with good proven records and are granted SAVE trusted partner accounts. With the trusted partner accounts,
they can submit visa applications online on behalf of their customers.

When and how do I check on the visa application status? |

The outcome of your visa application for Assessment Level 1 nationality and Assessment Level 2 nationality
will be available on the next working day and next 3 working days respectively, after you have
submitted the application online through SAVE successfully. If you have furnished your e-mail address, we will
notify you through e-mail as soon as the outcome is known. If you do not have an e-mail account, you can check
the status of your visa application online via the "Status Enquiry" function at SAVE through our website at
http://www.ica.gov.sg. At times,
some applications may take a longer time to process.

What if I am not eligible to be issued the e-Visa? |

If you are not eligible for the e-Visa, you will submit your visa application online via SAVE
but you have to collect the physical visa sticker at ICA Building or designated overseas missions if your visa application
has been approved. Nationals from the countries listed
here are
presently not eligible for the e-Visa.

applicant furnish his passport biodata page or supporting documents for the visa application? |

Applicants who are eligible for e-Visa will no longer need to furnish additional supporting documents
or the duly signed application form, unless specifically requested by ICA to do so.
